In effort to list a protocol for the use of GHRP / GRF / and in combo with GH if desired I thought I would post my current protocol based upon the research I have done within the last year or so. Obviously the information I gathered is not based on medical studies completed by me but I do use the following protocol myself and have been pretty damed impressed with the results. Recovery from injury is very impressive to me (any kind of injury). Example, 5 days ago I was lifted by the butt of a tree I cut down (long story). I had bruising and some serious raspberry on my under arm, left quad and my abs ( the but of the tree ran right up the front of my once it got under my arm it lifted me and tossed me about 10 feet through the air). Its been 5 days and all that is left of the raspberries are some faint red marks......amazing IMO.
Judging Rounds - In the universally accepted and applied IFBB system of judging, bodybuilders are evaluated in three distinctly different rounds of judging, plus a final pose down round for only the top five competitors after the first three rounds have been adjudicated. In Round One, the competitors are viewed in groups and individually in seven well-defined compulsory poses; in Round Two, they are viewed semi-relaxed from the front, both sides, and back; and in Round Three, they perform their own uniquely personal free-posing routines to their own choice of music. Overall, this use of three rounds of judging and a pose down round results in a very fair choice of the final winners of a bodybuilding champion-ship.
My protein intake was always in excess of 2 grams per pound of bodyweight each day, and carbs were twice that. If you're thinking I got fatter than the WWF's Rikishi on this meal plan, you're wrong. My attitude was that because I was training so hard and using the drugs, everything I ate turned into muscle, and this belief proved true. I went from 210 at the start of the cycle to 232 at the end, with no loss in definition. I wasn't ripped by any means, but I was in pretty hard condition with veins popping out on the chest and front delts, and the abs visible but blurry. I've also seen dozens of other bodybuilders successfully employ the "gluttonous pig strategy" while on gear.
